Scientific book reviews: how much do indexes ..

Although most of my publications are peer-reviewed papers published in scientific journals and books, I have branched into other forms of publishing, including technical reports (the "gray literature"), letters to editors and editorials in scientific journals, scientific book reviews, popular science publications, and appearances in documentary films.
